Waiting list

Hello,

I had a previous ticket:
https://eventespresso.com/topic/waitlist-to-turn-off/

We dont have a waitlist add in I believe.

Our plan is “everything”. The waitlist sometimes gets triggered. Cache problems has ceased for the passed couple months now.

Now this problem the admin clerk said that theres class available but the waitlist triggered.

Can you please share a link to the event that is showing the waitlist?

Hi Charlie,

Did the user attempt to pay for their ticket after the ticket type they selected had changed to sold out?

For example, did they have a registration that was pending payment and they attempted to use the payment link from an email they received?
