Wait List- When one ticket (Not Event) is sold out, no wait list options shows

I have been researching in the forums to understand the wait list application. I have successfully uploaded it, activated and set the parameters on the event. No Option to wait list shows up with our one set of tickets sold out. I am assuming it might be because there are multiple tickets for 1 event? any insights appreciated!

You are right.

If the wait list is activated on an event, and the event sells out, a button will automatically display on the event details page that encourages attendees to join a wait list.

Hi Kathy,

For now the wait list add on is only based on events not the tickets.

So that it only works when the event is sold out not only one ticket.

However, we’ve already added a note to our developers regarding the ticket based wait-list.
