We recommend the wait list add-on “resolution” should be based on ticket status (“grade”) and not on only on (“high level”) event status. Since events may include multiple kind of tickets, a wait list activation makes sense when a specific ticket get sold out (showing the wait list button along side this ticket) instead of activating the wait list until the entire corresponding event gets sold out.
Once a feature has enough requests to get on the board, the community can vote for it here so we know what features are in highest demand. We are currently working a plethora of other major features, however, when the time comes to start working on a new feature, we try to start here first.
