When adding a person to wait list this ticket shows up under Transactions as unpaid. Since the person hasn’t made a proper booking, would it be possible to create the transaction only when changing registration status to approved?
Registrations have relationships to transactions and within EE you can’t have a registration that is not linked to a transaction, so it’s not possible to delay creating the transaction if a registration is made.
Our accountant uses the transaction list when doing the the bookkeeping. And it would be to much work to open each transaction just to check status.
