I have an event with two “Ticket Types” available. I enabled Wait List, but only one ticket is sold out, so the Wait List is not active.

The “Ticket Types” are basically two different divisions. I want the Wait List to turn on since the “17 & Under” division is sold out.I do not need to wait for the 2nd division to sell out.
Seems like this would be obvious – am I missing something?

Hi Allen,
The waitlist feature is an event option rather than an individual ticket option, meaning the waitlist can only be displayed if the event itself is sold out and not individual tickets within that event at this time.
