Wait List Manager for Future Events

Hello, My client would like to schedule an event after a certain number of people sign up or show an interest. Rather than having to cancel or postpone an event if there are not enough attendees. Is it possible to use the Wait List Manager in this way? Perhaps create an event way out in the future with 0 attendees and then when use the wait list to have possible attendees sign up. After x number are on the list the class can be scheduled. Thanks Kevin

Hi Kevin,

Thank you for contacting us.

By default there is no such options to schedule the event after x number of interested attendees.

However, while creating the event you can set the event status to soldout:

Then set the wait list with the number of attendees that you want and then update the event.

So that the interested attendees can signup for the waitlist and you can publish the event manually after you reach certain number of attendee.
