I found on older topic that Wait List can use only for event with one ticket.
Is that still true?
Our event has several tickets and one of them is sold and we now need distribute entries (mostly manually) really prefer is this can be done in original event with multiple tickets.

Hi Petr,
The waitlist add-on can be used on an event with more than a single ticket, but the waitlist will only be shown when the EVENT is sold out rather than individual tickets within the event.
We don’t have the option to display the waitlist feature when specific individual tickets sell out on an event at this time.
