Groupon gave me 240 voucher numbers. I saved them in the template format as .csv and uploaded and the Voucher Importer replies back: “File uploaded successfully. – vouchers.csv I am using WP 4.0, Existing EE installation Version 3.1.36.6.P, Registration page: http://theinstantartist.com/event-registration/?ee=7 |

Hi, Can you clarify what version of the Social Coupons addon you are using, also the version of the Voucher import addon. Is the CSV file you used named vouchers.csv? Finally can you provide a copy of the csv file or a screenshot of a few rows? |

Social Coupons Version 1.5.4.p, Voucher IMport Version 0.1 |

Thanks for that Melissa. Everything looks right, so I’m wondering if it’s an encoding thing. Can you send a copy of the csv file to me please? You can send it to support@eventespresso.com and please include a link to this forum thread. |

Hi, Thanks for sending me a copy. I concur that this does not work. However, I added a name to the first coupon, and then all of the coupons imported correctly. I then removed all the coupons, and removed the name from the csv file, and they still imported. It seems, the act of saving the spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel makes it work. Can I ask what program did you use to create/edit the spreadsheet in? |

Hi Melissa, Does your software offer a compatibility mode for saving CSV files? If not, could you try another platform such as Google Spreadsheet (free in Google Docs)? http://cl.ly/image/22310H2X1b1s — |
