Can you please send an update regarding following issue:

I installed all the latest plugin but it still not seems to work and apply the discount to the tax.

Can you check if your promotion setting is set to this?

Go to your EE dashboard -> Promotion -> Setting -> Apply Promotions Before Taxes
set to ‘yes’ then save.

Hi yes, that is set but not working. Which versions are you using for the Plugins? thanks

We are using the latest version of both the plugins to test.

Can you please share a direct link to the page where exactly you are facing the issue so that we can check?

Hi there,

I’ve been looking into this and have just pushed an update for the Promotions add-on which should fix this (version 1.0.17.p).

Please go to Dashboard -> Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Make no changes and just hit save to force an update check, the update should then show in the plugins menu.

If you update to that version does it work correctly for you then?

Hi Tony unfortunately this still doesnt work. I applied the update but it still leaves the tax.

Could this maybe affect the calculation, the sorting in the prices?

Hi there,

You ‘Apply Promotions Before Taxes’ option was set to No.

That needed to be set to Yes for the above promotions to work as your are expecting.

I’ve updated that on your site, can you test again, please?
