Hi, I have a deal starting tomorrow and just saw the voucher box does not show on the registration page although I have clicked “yes” where it says “allow groupon codes”. I ran a similar deal 1 year ago and had no issue. Please advise quickly. |

Alright, the voucher is part of the registration form. Try turning the registration form on for your bread events. http://cl.ly/image/373L2V2T2y0F This is done through the event editor (right side of screen). — |

where it says: Display registration form? whether I click on yes or no, it still does not show the box. The Nov 7 11-12 bread event is on “yes”. No change. |

I now see what you are saying. If I click yes, the registration form shows under “add to cart”. I had removed the function “show registration form” to be able to activate the multiple registration feature. So now it is very confusing if the registration is activated just for the bread class because the “add to cart” shows before the registration form under it, so if you don’t scroll down (just like I did before), you go directly to your cart and miss the voucher box. I left the Nov 7 bread class 11-12 with the “yes” activated so you can see what I am saying. |

Hi, You should not need to add the registration form back in. Go over to the Event Espresso > General Settings and make sure that the option “Allow voucher codes in the shopping cart?” is set to yes. You will then see an Enter Voucher Code box in the cart: this is for Social (Groupon) Coupons. |
I did that so now I see it BUT if the same person registers 2 people but only uses 1 voucher, the total is at $0! The voucher is applied to all the bread classes. |

Hi there, When a voucher code is used it applies to all tickets in the order, so you’ll need to be sure to set the attendee limit to the number of tickets the deal is good for. |
|
I do have it set at 1. But the problem happens if X registers Y and Z for 2 different bread events. I have about 50 bread events where only 1 single person can register at a time. I guess it would be rare as usually people book the same event. So I guess I will try that and if there is a rare occasion, I will just deal with that person. I am all good now. My deal is going off very soon! Thank you for helping just in time! |
