Volunteer Management Time Entry

Hi. I am using EE as a platform for Volunteers to signup for certain events. One thing I need to keep track of is how many hours a volunteer has volunteered. Is there a way to total up the number of hours a person has volunteered based on the time frame of the event. So if a volunteer signs up for an event that is from 12:00 – 4:00, they would have 4 hours accumulated.

Not only do I need to keep track of these hours but I also need to have the ability (as an admin) to enter hours on behalf of the volunteer into the database.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there,

We don’t currently have this functionality. It would be a manual process. You could use a plugin the add additional profile fields for total hours, but the calculations would be done manually by a site admin. You could filter the attendees by name, then add up their hours.
