I would like to use an existing pre-configured form where people interested in signing up for volunteering. Does a form like this exist? If so where can I find it?
Form should include, Name, Email address, phone number

Are you looking for a general form that can capture this information or did you want Event Espresso to record this information as part of registration?
Question Groups in Event Espresso can capture this information.

Yes I am looking for a generic form that captures this information for registrants to fill out. No, I do want Event Espresso to capture this information. Can you please provide further clarification for “Question Groups” and where I can find this information. I would like to create my own form using the software available to me as a business license owner. Please Advise…..
