Hi guys,
Can someone confirm whether the volume discount plugin is miscalculating, working correctly, or know how to change the way it calcualtes?
Currently we have it set up where a 20% discount is applied to 10 tickets or more. The calculation is taking the 20% off the tickets plus the booking fee of $1.65, which is causing a discrepancy in the accounts. Is this how it is supposed to work with the discount on the booking fee as well?
If so, is it possible to only apply the discount to the tickets, and exclude the booking fee?

Hi Ben,
Yes that is the standard action with Volume Discounts.
We are already looking at changing that behaviour with EE4’s discount system that is currently being built (you will be able to order when a discount or surcharge is applied).
There does not seem to be an easy way to resolve this as the structure of it is built into the code.
