Volume Discount Not working

I have read every forum and still cannot get a discount to appear in the registration area or the cart. I am current on all plugins and have the multi event installed and active. I have tried the short code to go around the registration form. I need help.I am a VIP member. mholmes@bym.org

Hi Mike,

First off the Volume Discount add on only works with the cart (Multiple Event Registration) so bear that in mind.

Can you provide a screenshot of our Volume Discounts settings page please? That might shed some light on what’s happening.

Hi Mike,

Do you have Event Categories setup for your events? (the Volume Discount Add-on works using the Events Category)

If do not use Categories (or you want all events to use volume discounts) select ‘All Categories’ within the add-on settings (Event Espresso -> Volume Discounts)
