Hi, I’m having a problem where it is not recognizing the threshold before applying the discount. I am trying to add a 10% discount if the threshold of $120 is reached. However, it applies the 10% discount to the order no matter what size. I appreciate any support on this. |

I have the same issue. Has this been resolved? |
Hi there, Which version of Event Espresso is installed where this is happening? |
|
Also: currently the volume discounts add-on requires Multi Event Registration — do both of you have Multi Event Registration active? |

Josh & Chris, I have Both of these are activated. I add one item to cart (<$500) and I get a discount automatically applied. |
Hi Andy, Thanks for the detailed screenshots. I’ve set up discounts and pricing the same way and cannot reproduce this issue. Have you tried deactivating any non – Event Espresso plugins? |

Here are all the active plugins on site: Backup Buddy I’ve deactivated FancyBox and WP-Table Reloaded. Neither helps the issue. I am using an Elegant Themes template. I was having problems earlier getting the amount to display in my cart. I assumed I didn’t get a clean install and delete all EE plugin from site. I then redownloaded everything and activated them. I then realized my member plugin was active and I didn’t have a member price which was why I was getting $0 in cart. I’m not sure if this caused the issue. I haven’t changed any of the EE PHP files. Any other thoughts on what I need to do? |
Which version of the members add-on is active? Have you tried testing while logged out of the site? |

Josh, it seems to have resolved itself. I am seeing discounts at the $500 level. You can close this one. Andy |
