So I looked for the answer to the question to whether virtual merchant gateway is supported in the personal license and I get links to support threads that you have to be a registered licensee in order to view… So, let me ask it here:
Under the personal license, does event expresso work with elavon (now converge) virtual merchant? If not what do i have to do to integrate the two?

Hi Lino,
Evalon/Converge are not supported in either version.
All the gateways available are listed here (please make sure to click the appropriate version tab): https://eventespresso.com/features/payment-options/
There are two broad options:
1) Ask us to create a custom gateway: https://eventespresso.com/rich-features/multiple-payment-options/custom-payment-gateway-development/
2) Either you or your developer can use an existing gateway and documentation (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/custom-gateway-integration/ this is for EE3) to create a new gateway.
Please note, that if we do not create the gateway we cannot provide support for it.

I know this is probably ridiculous but if i own the woocommerce virtual merchant gateway that is totally different correct? It is not ported for event espresso correct?
How much would it cost to incorporate an elavon virtual gateway?

Hi,
A payment gateway for another platform would not be compatible with Event Espresso.
A new payment gateway would need to be written and that is approximately ten hours of development work:
