Virtual Events and Tax Rates Based on Recipient's Location

I’ve searched this topic a few different ways so please forgive me if this has been answered somewhere. In this age of virtual events, we can now open our webinars for anyone in the world to purchase. But each location has its own tax rate. Does EE4 have a plugin or other way where the buyer would pay the tax rate of their own location when purchasing our event?

We don’t have a feature like that at this time. However, I think that some payment gateways, such as PayPal might support that type of feature.

I would think that now that so many clients are going virtual with their events, something like this would actually be essential. Is this slated for future updates of EE4?
