OK, so I bought a VIP member pass to get support requests answered quicker, but now I can’t find this special VIP member area. Where do I go?

Thanks, Josh. I currently have 2 other threads. One I replied to with a same issue, and the other regarding R&P. Do they show as VIP now?

Hi there,
You’ll need to start a new thread in order for us to spot it as a VIP topic. If you reply to an existing (non-VIP) topic, the topic isn’t flagged as VIP. It’s usually best to start a new topic.
