Viewing invoice for attendees

I am trying to view invoice for my registrations, and usually on the actions side it has an invoice icon. However this has become unavailable. I need help finding an alternative way to generate invoices for registrations.

Hi Shelby,

The Invoice icon under actions should still be available, although it’s only shown for the primary registration – http://take.ms/gzOpjC

Do you not see the icon on any of registrations?

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates

Can you see an Invoice message type listed there?
