Hello
View full order confirmation receipt is not showing after complete the payment. Can you please help me to understand this.

Hi there,

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates -> Receipt.

Does that section have content within the sections there or are they empty?

Ok, in that same section you’ll see a ‘reset templates’ button.

Click that and EE will regenerate the receipt message template for you.

You may also want to check the Invoice template to confirm that works as expected and has content.
