Very complex ticketing… Can EE do this?

I read the features. I created a demo site. I am still not seeing where EE does what I am looking for.

I have events with fairly complex ticketing. I hold two back to back classes that together are one event. You can sign up for one or both of the two classes. They have different prices.

Each class has an early bird price and a regular price. I think I saw that in the demo.

I have software licenses I can sell with the class. I think I can figure out how I’d do that. They’re just another ticket I guess.

I offer tiered pricing. 1 person pays this. 2-3 pays this. 4 or more pays this. I then need separate reg info on each person. It’s not just 1 person bringing some guests. I need full details on each person.

I also need to make discount codes you enter. I see discounts that are forced on everybody but I don’t see “enter a code if you have one” type of discount. That way, I can let a friend get in free or an old client can have a special discount just for their company. I didn’t see where those get created or entered.

And I’d need to make sure that that discount is at the ticket level. It can’t just be $X or Y% off the total cost since they might also buy software and I don’t discount those.

As people register, I ask them questions like how well they know the software already and if they wanted to be added to the mailing list. I assume you do that but honestly didn’t get that far.

I started with building and event, couldn’t see how to do my complex ticketing, and gave up to come here.

Thanks.

Oh also I need to email people with certain reg status at certain times. Can you grab everybody who registered for a certain event and mass email them?

Oh this is messy. I tried to sign up for qty 1 for each class together. It’s acting like there are two separate attendees. When I said that I wanted to use attendee 1’s info for both registrations, I got errors for not filling in attendee 2’s fields. Shouldn’t the “use this info for both” make that error not happen?

But wait, there’s more! I tried creating ticket prices by how many people you are sending in your group.

So WHY does the price for individuals (range from 1 to 1 qty) show “bundle” when the 2-4 range and 5-7 range DON’T show bundle? Is there some way I can keep it from saying /bundle?

Thanks.

Never mind. Gonna stick with RegOnline. I don’t think anybody can come close to beating that.
