Hi, I have a wordpress site that was previously managed by someone else, and as a result, I am new to most of this, so I apologize if I am asking something someone else did. Our wordpress site has event espresso but I think it is the free version and I am not sure if I need to update to a paid version and how to do it. This is our current support key: 29ddd03730a44b758008a0a776d71142_FREE. I want to be able to do a lot of the the things listed on Event ESpresso 4; but I am not sure if my website is compatible with Event Espresso 4. Could you please let me know what version I need and how to download it?

Hi Cara,
That is a free support license key. If you think you had a support license in the past, then we can search for it. You would need a support license to have support services for Event Espresso 3 or Event Espresso 4.

Hi Lorenzo, Our current version is 3.1.34.1.P. If there was not an old subscription, should I just purchase a new one?

Hi Cara,
3.1.34.1.P is a paid version and there is a newer version available (EE 3.1.37.1.P is the current version of Event Espresso 3).
If you buy a support license for Event Espresso 3 you’ll have access to support and updates.
