Hello,
How do I get my events in the slider on my homepage?

Unfortunately the categories from Event Espresso are not recognized and can not be selected.

Hi there,
It looks like some of the code within the Jannah theme would need to be modified in order to get its homepage slider to show Event Espresso events. Quite likely the theme was coded to only show regular WordPress posts within the home page slider.

Exactly that is the problem!
My PHP art is very limited.
Am I perhaps better with the problem to the support of JANNAH?
Or do I get myself a feeble programmer who adjusts that?
What is better and how big will the effort be?

If the theme’s slider only works with specific post types then yes you will need to contact Jannah support to see if they have a filter or similar to allow it work with other post types.

Possibly, although I’d check with Jannah support first.

It depends on what the slider is doing, we can’t answer that without seeing the code, as its Jannahs code they will be able to answer that for you.
