Can we export all the data as a csv file or equivalent?
Can you set up different ticket selections which then add up the cost?
Can we include HST?
Can we add instruction on how to find the credit card option within Paypal (not intuitive)?
I do have a question about HST. Is that a tax option as in, you’ll need to apply a tax charge on a ticket?
If so the surcharge option could be used to charge taxes on ticket or pricing options..
Attendee records can be exported through the attendee list page. The file can then be opened in Excel, Numbers, Sheets, or an equivalent program.
A base ticket could be setup with price modifiers. The price modifiers would then adjust the base ticket price up or down.
I believe you are referring to the guest checkout option:
Hi This is very helpful. Yes HST is Harmonized Sales Tax, It’s a Canadian thing.
I feel satisfied with all your answers, but I am still concerned about the program adding up the ticket prices. Could Event Espresso Pro add up the following ticket options if they are selected and then add %15 tax??
Hi Evan, the pricing would be (base price + any price modifiers) + applicable taxes.
$300 + $30 + $125 = $455
The total price would then be $455 plus taxes.
