Hello there I created a form it’s not getting validated. Also when “add more attendees” button is click nothing happens.

Hi Alex,
The validation is done by jQuery (JavaScript).
The script is not loading as you are suing an old version of jquery(1.7.2) and the validation script requires a minimum of version 1.8.1.
The latest version of WordPress ships with jQuery 1.11.0.
As your WordPress is up to date, it looks like a plugin or more likely the them is turning off the default jQuery and loading an old version from Google.
This is a bad practice, and as you have discovered it will break things. You can check if it’s the them by using the Theme Test Drive plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-test-drive/) and testing an event.

So I have made some changes to include jQuery proper way as well as the validation script. It still not validating the form. Any thoughts?
