Hello,
My site can be found at http://www.nrmrcd.org and I have listed an event for Sept. 13th and 14th (see here is the Registration Link). I cannot get the validation for required information to work nor can I get the “Add more attendees” button to work. I cannot seem to find the jquery error that is causing this not to work. Any help is much appreciated (wordpress v 3.6, latest version of Event Espresso, New Installation).

I tried it, and it looks like the validation and add another attendee button is working. Did you make any changes to get it working? I tried both Firefox and Chrome. I did see a js error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property ‘className’ of undefined in ddsmoothmenu.js, but it didn’t seem to affect the functionality.

Hi Alan,
Jon bought a support token and we helped him fix it. The issue turned out to be an older version of the WP Video Posts plugin was installed. After updating it and the WordPress theme things started working.
Please start a new thread and link to a registration page on your site if you’d like support staff to take a look and investigate your site.

Hey Alan,
As Josh mentioned, I had to make sure that all my plugins were up to date, including WP Video Post. However, this did not totally fix the issue. I was using an older Boldy theme from about 2 years ago. Even though the existing boldy theme did not show that in needed updating within wordpress, it was running an old version of jquery. I had to download and install the new theme over my existing theme. This fixed the issue with Event Expresso, but also caused me to re-do the main page and update all the links, pictures, etc. since the new theme version was not the same as the old. Kinda of a pain, but part of keeping everything up to date.
