Now that 3.1.28.3.P is available, I am getting the following message in my WP EE admin (and Plugins page): “You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Members but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

My license is fine and up-to-date, and I have EE on only one domain, so the message does not apply. In fact, it did not appear on my most recent update, last week, to v3.1.28.2.P and nothing in my EE configuration or licensing has changed since then.

Just now, the notice appeared to the update for the Members Addon to v1.9.5.1 … and I’m getting the same error message there.

Please advise.

Hello Roger,

I have reset your licence key, please remove the current one from the Event Espresso > General settings and save and check your Account page for the new one (it may be the same, but they occasionally change) re-add it to the settings page and save.

That should sort it but please let us know if it doesnt.

That did the trick, Dean.

Thanks very much for your prompt action and reply.

Hi Alan,

Your key has been reset from our end. Can you hit the General Settings page in the Event Espresso menu and reset the key that’s entered there?

I got the same thing. Tried to request a reset from my EE account, but I’m concerned finishing “Checkout” will charge my account. I’ll leave it as is for now and hope this thread accomplishes the same thing.

@Justin have reset your licence key, please remove the current one from the Event Espresso > General settings and save and check your Account page for the new one (it may be the same, but they occasionally change) re-add it to the settings page and save.

We are also experiencing the same auto update / license conflict. Can you reset ours also?

Dean

@Jed, no not the plugin, the licence key, in Event Espresso > General Settings.

@Greg, done.

Please reset ours. I already removed key and re-entered it.
Keep getting the ‘You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.’ message.

This is already the third time this happened to our site. Is there a solution?

@Jasper I have reset it. We are working on the licence system to reduce/stop the need for the resets.
