Hi, I haven’t used my add on license keys (for calendar and Mailchimp) yet. I copied them with a space between them next to my main key in general settings. However the little key sign next to the entry is now red instead of green, even after I removed the two extra keys. Have I done something wrong?

Hi David,

You only place one key within the License field.

The Add-on information is stored with your account, a single license gives you access to updates to all the Add-on’s available within your account.

I have reset your license key.

Please remove all keys from Event Espresso -> General Settings. Then Save the settings.

Then go to Your Account page, copy your license key (the one without _FREE on the end) and paste that into the field.

(Be sure to check there is no white space before/after the key)

Then save the settings once again.

That single license will give Event Espresso and all Add-ons access to the auto updates.

Thanks for that! I only did this because I couldn’t update my calendar this morning via WordPress Admin, an error flagged up saying I needed a license key for it.

I have updated the calendar OK, however the sidebar widget is displaying April 2014. I have a Calendar page on my menu using shortcode and this is showing November correctly.

Hi David,

Are there any caching services or plugins running on your site?

Can you provide a link to the page where we can see the issue?
