Using promotional code in the cart

I can’t find the promotional code box when I check out by adding items to the cart. If I click on Register, it has that option, but in the cart I can’t find it.

Hello,

What version of EE are you on? We have updated in the latest version to allow promo codes in the cart.

On version 1.28.

Ok. You need to change “Allow discounts in the shopping cart?” to “Yes” under Optional Event Settings in Event Espresso settings.

I am also unable to have the Promotional Code field show up during the checkout process. I’d love to use the solution in this thread, but the option for “Allow discounts in the shopping cart?” doesn’t appear in my Optional Event Settings. Any ideas? Also, I’m on EE 3.1.27.1.P.
