I need a slight modification on the current registration process and wonder if it’s even feasible. I would like the following scenario:
1.) Pre-Print 1,000 unique QR or Barcode’s on tags that have our art work on them.
2.) A person would come up to a person working at our Event Booth.
3.) Event staff would get their name and email.
4.) Event staff would then scan the Pre-Printed Tag with the QR or Bar code.
5.) The attendee’s information would be synched with the tag and information provided.
We don’t want to print the ticket at the booth. We want to be able to have a box of pre-printed tags with the QR code and/or Barcode done prior to the event. The Event Staff should be able to use a IPAD or Tablet to scan the tag after entering the registration information.
Is this modification possible? If so, I need to speak with someone on how to do it.
Generating a barcode can only occur AFTER a registration has been completed.
You could potentially register 1000 generic attendees and then manually update each generic attendee with updated contact information when you do the check-in.
