This is weird. Our Event Espresso plugin is updated to 4.9.43 in the Dashboard and is listed as Event Espresso, but when I use ftp to view all plugins, it is listed as event-espresso-decaf there. Can I just rename that folder to remove the word decaf? And why would this be wrong in the ftp list?

Hi there,
Are you sure you’re looking at the directory that matches the site? The reason I ask is because the site that’s attached to your support license does not have an /plugins/event-espresso-decaf/ folder, but it does have a /plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/ folder.

Oh wow. Embarrassing moment. I was looking in the staging site folder, not the final folder. Duh me. Thanks, though.
