Hi,
Can EE do any/all of the following?
-Online registration to find, check availability, sign up and securely pay for classes directly on the website
-Students profiles to track enrollment and payment information
-Online class rosters
-Ability for teachers/staff to email students
-Scheduling calendar of all classes
-Invoicing

Thanks!

H Ellaj,

How are you today?

It all depends on how in-depth you are looking to go with these features.

-Online registration to find, check availability, sign up and securely pay for classes directly on the website

Registration is a part of the core plugin, payments need to go through a payment gateway such as Stripe although using that you can taek the payments directly on your your site. You will need a valid SSL certificate if that’s the case.

-Students profiles to track enrollment and payment information

The EE4 User Integration Add-on provides a ‘My Events’ section which lists all of the events that user has registered onto:

My events section

-Online class rosters

Each event has a registration list you (the admin) can view, this show all registrations for the event.

-Ability for teachers/staff to email students

You can send a custom message to each ‘contact’ within a registration if that is what you are looking for?

-Scheduling calendar of all classes

We have the EE4 Events Calendar which displays all of the events created. There is also the Table View Template Add-on so it depends on how you want this to be displayed.

-Invoicing

Yes, Invoicing is a part of the core plugin.

I would recommend signing up to our demo site:

Test Drive Event Espresso 4

That way you can create a couple of events and get a feel for how EE works and see if it suits your needs.

If you have any further questions please do let me know.
