Using Digital Vouchers to book available Segway Ride slots.

Dear Event Expresso Community – Can anyone advise me here please. We run an events management business. One of the events is a Segways ride! We are using Event Expresso and Infusionsoft CRM to market the events where people can buy a voucher for a Segway ride. What we are confused on is once they have purchased a voucher, how do we offer for them to actually use the voucher for any one of the days and multiple booking times we will have available each day. We want to be able to display the available slots for their booking and then to use their digitial voucher to book an available slot – Can anyone point us in the right direction on how or where to find this info and what apps we may need to use to complete this process – Thanks

Hi Sonia,

Where/how are the users purchasing the ‘digital vouncher’?

It may be possible to set this up in a similar way to how Groupon codes would work, however it will require some manual work display a list of events that the user can book onto.

Can the ‘voucher’ be used for any of the segway events?
