The recent video from Garth about the Promo & Discount was helpful. I notice you don’t have many video’s on your YouTube channel. Would you consider making more short video’s covering “Getting Started” topics that would help users and developers get going with the product.
For example I would love a video that shows how an event organiser who takes ticket booking paid for by credit card over the telephone would log into the back-end and do that task.

We are planning a series of getting started of videos for Event Espresso 4.
On your specific request here:

Event Espresso cannot process cards through the WP dashboard. The card would need to be processed through the merchant account and then the registrant could be added via the WP dashboard and credited for the payment:
