User role no question groups

I’m using the latest version of EE3. I bought the user role permission basic add-on but I can’t get others user to set the question groups per event. As administrator I’ve set up 2 new question groups that every event needs to have. When other espresso_event_admin create a new event they can’t select the needed question groups (see screenshots below).

How can I resolve this??

Yes, thanks. I resolved this issues by putting all questions into the same default group.
