User Registration from external website

Hi,
I need to integrate the user event registration through the REST API from an external website that is not running under worpress. Can you tell me what would be the best approach ?
The way I see it, I would need to create the users in wordpress and provide them a login form and from that point I would use some endpoint to register the event atend. Do you think there could be better options ?

Hi there,

I can’t think of any other method you can use for this other than through the REST API, unless I’m misunderstanding your question.

Have you gone through the EE REST API documentation here?
