Hi there,

It’s actually a built-in capability system where you can set up a user account role with specific capabilities. There’s more information about the capability system here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/event-espresso-4-roles-permissions/

So in a nutshell, you give that user role only the ee_ capabilities they need, and you don’t give them the ee_publish_events capability. Then, when they go to post an event, they’ll have a “Submit for Review” button instead of a “Publish” button.

Hello Josh,

Thanks for the reply. I don’t understand anything of the things you have said. Does event espresso have plugin for user front-end submission of events.

I have created a test form link “http://www.schoolmatics.com/post-events/” were i want users to post there events subject to review my back-end staff before its posted live on the website.

Thank You.

No, they’d need to add events from the back-end of the website.
