Hi there, a question about the event registration/ticket statuses and the legend in that section.
If I have purchased a ticket and had the registration and payment confirmed, the status of the registration remains blue (Pending Payment Registration, Upcoming Event) and the status of the ticket turns green (Approved Registration, Active Event). This is causing a lot of confusion to attendees as they’re not sure which one is correct and think something hasn’t been confirmed.
Shouldn’t they both turn green once the registration and payments are confirmed?

Hi there,
Sounds like the first status you mention is the Events status. the second would then be the registration status.

So to break down the above:
If I have purchased a ticket and had the registration and payment confirmed, the status of the registration remains blue (Pending Payment Registration, Upcoming Event)
Sounds like your looking at the event status shown above and if so that is not linked with the registration status.
The legend includes both descriptions in the text so we don’t need to list the colour twice. (once for event status, once for registration status)
So that would be an Upcoming Event they are clicking on.
and the status of the ticket turns green (Approved Registration, Active Event).
That’s the registration status for their registration(s), green = Approved.
