User creation settings

We have some issues where registration for events is creating a user even though we have settings set to now do that. Is there something else we are missing.

Hi there,

You have LearnDash enabled on the site so I’m assuming you are also using EE Learndash add-on, is that correct?

If so that add-on automatically creates WP Users for all EE registrations. As it’s not one of our add-ons we don’t have any control over the code so you’ll need to contact LearnDash to discuss this further.
