User Cancellation leads to Blank Page

Hi There – recently when users try to cancel their registrations for an event, it takes them to a resulting blank page (under the same heading as the page where they would go to view all their event registrations). The page doesn’t show anything until it’s refreshed, and then shows the pop-up saying that the user’s registration was cancelled, along with the rest of the content that usually shows up on the page itself. How do I fix this so that there is no blank page appearing going forward, and so that users don’t have to manually refresh in order to get content to show up, once they’ve clicked the button to cancel their registration?

Hi there,

Officially there is no ‘cancel registration’ option on the My Events section, so I assume you are using my snippet from here:

https://gist.github.com/Pebblo/9534d318347082e63fc01f5c9c413361

Is that correct?

I’ve just tested that on another page and didn’t run into any issues, but the blank page you mention normally means there is a fatal error being thrown.

If you check the server error logs around the same time you test this does it show any errors from EE at all?
