Hello,

A QR code is generated after a successful registration so if your event is actually multiple events that take place across different days, then they will get different tickets with QR codes.

How is your event currently setup?

Is it using different events in the event editor or is it using the multiple date times option where everything is under one event in the event editor?

Thank you for your reply,
For example, I had a one day conference event and within this day there would be multiple events(eg. 9am to 11 – Event A, 1pm-3pm – Event B, 3pm to 5pm – Event C). After the attendance is registered to this one day event. Are we able to get one qr code only instead of three for check-in? Could you provide me the code hacks/patch or let me know how can this be done.

Thanks

So is this setup within a SINGLE event within EE that has multiple datetimes/tickets?

We need more specific details on how want registrations to work to be able to help.

If this is something available within EE we can point you in the right direction however we do not provide customizations/core ‘hacks’.

Yes it is within a SINGLE event that has multiple date-times/tickets.
I think i already got it.
I manage to create a single event with multiple date-times/tickets.
But I noticed after I exported the registration report in CSV file. It doesn’t recognized who and what are the attendees checked-in to the specific datetimes/ticket event.

For example:
Sam registered to a Single Event(whole day Tech Summit) that has multiple tickets on the same day. Sam just checked-in/attended only 2 ticket events.

Tech Summit(Whole day event March 21, 2017)
– Mobile Technology (March 21, 2017 – 9am to 11am)*Check-in
– Computer Trends (March 21, 2017 – 12nn to 3pm)*Check-in
– About Big data (March 21, 2017 – 3pm to 6pm)

Are we able to export the registration report specifying that Sam has checked-in to Mobile Technology and Computer Trends tickets?

Can you link me to the event so I can see how you have this set up please?

Are ‘Mobile Technology’ and ‘Computer Trends’ separate tickets or is it 2 datetimes on the same ticket?

You can filter down to checkins on specific datetimes if that’s what you need?

Go to Event Espresso -> Registrations -> Event Check-In.

Select the event within the dropdown and filter the registrations.

Now you can select the datetime you wish to view the check-ins for.

However exporting the registrations will not show which of the individual datetimes the user checked into.
