Hi all!
First of all – what an awesome support! I’ve been working with Event Espresso for a year now and this is a firsty in not finding an answer to my question. Keep up the good work, thanks!
So I was wondering if there was a way to use the dollar surcharge for belated payments in Event Espresso 4. We offer Early Birds and there’s a due date to the payment related to this ticket. Is there a way I can subsequently apply a surcharge and send out a new invoice?

Hi Marina,
I figured out a way to do this.
Login to your WP dashboard and go to Event Espresso –> Transactions.
Then locate your transaction and click on it.
In the payment details area you’ll see a Refund button. Click on it.
Then type in -5 for the amount. Scroll down and set the registration status to be the same (pending payment).
Then save.
You should now see the balance due increase by $5 and you can resend a payment reminder.
