Hi,

Maybe I misunderstood the usage of WP User Integration. That’s what one can read on your documentation page:

Members can also store personal information into their profile page allowing your members to quickly register for events by auto-filling in the personal information on the event registration form.

But I’ve done a test with 4 extra custom fields (see screenshot below) that I’ve created myself.

I’ve created an event, registered as a guest. The system asked me to create a WP account which I did. Then I tried to sign up again for an other event while being logged in with my freshly created account.

I was disappointed to see that the only fields that were then prepopulated were “First Name, Last Name and email” but all the other ones were blank. Is that normal behaviour? In that case, this plugin is then not really useful for me.

Thanks for your help!

Hi Elnino,

The WP User Integration current pre-populates the personal information group which includes the first name, last name, and email address.

Custom questions are not currently populated but this is on our feature list for the add-on.

Thanks for the quick reply. Any deadline on this then?

Hi Elnino, we do not have an estimate on when this will be available.
