Hello,
I just registered, i logged in in normally through the website on my laptop but when i tried to log in on a tablet it didn’t work. I entered the url and password that were sent to me by email, it keeps on giving me a connection error. I need help please.
Another question, will it be possible to use this program so that i can register peoples information (name, email etc..) at the door of the event using a tablet or smartphone.

Hi Dima,
Is your tablet using a different IP address? If not then it should work just fine. Sometimes if a user logs in from too many different locations the system will auto ban them, but this is not the case for you (under this username).
Regarding the registration, Event Espresso is an online registration system, so so long as you have an internet connection you can register them via the website on your tablet or phone, using either the front end registration or the admin.
