Hi there, Paypal pro is showing incomplete payment status whenever someone goes to make a payment. Can you please advise why this is? It doesn’t seem like it even connects to paypal. I have verified I am using an SSL certificate. It was working just a couple of days ago, but it has stopped working now.

Please note, I have tried resetting my API with Paypal as well. Also, the Paypal sandbox is not working either for me.

Hi there Sulayman,
I ran a test transaction and received this error message:
Error Code: 10002
Short Message: Security header is not valid
This message usually means that there is an issue with the credentials that are in use. Were you seeing the same error in live mode?

I found out what the issue was. It was a problem with the htaccess file on the server. I had to go to the permalinks page and it was working again. Looks like I had accidentally added the wrong link structure.
