URGENT: payment link not working

Hi

Upon clikcing the payment link in the email notification, I receive the following error message:

We’re sorry but there appears to be an error with the “reg_url_link” or the transaction itself. Please refresh the page and try again or contact support.

Please can you advise on what the issue could be as this is a showstopper issue as it will prevent people form paying
