Moved everything into the main directory from /v2/ and now ALL of the events are still referencing /v2/ – no matter what changes are made, it still goes to the old link. Submitted my information through the contact form. – Thanks! |
Hi Gabriele, We generally do not fix issues like these without the purchase of support tokens. When you moved the WordPress installation, did you follow the steps in this guide? |

I purchased a support token, what’s the turnaround time for support with the token? – thanks! |

I also filled out the support form with my FTP/WordPress admin information but didn’t receive a confirmation email. |
Hi Gabriele, We received the credentials. We will need to know how this was all moved over in order to fix this. Was anything updated in the database? Usually it can take more than 1/2 an hour to properly move a WordPress site from one location to another depending on how it was done. We may need to move it back and start over if it wasn’t moved correctly. What were the steps you followed when you moved this? |

Hi Gabriele, Do you happen to know which URL’s you manually edited? I’m going to take a look in the database and see what I can find. |

The URLs were in: ** I didn’t manually edit any URLs in phpMyAdmin |
How were these edited then? |

Backup plugin rewrote everything else. |
Hi Gabriele, Here is an updat: From looking through the database, I found that the option for the WP Https plugin was still set to point to the old URL as the host URL. Since the registration pages were set to load as https, they were being redirected to the URL as set in the WP https plugin. I updated the WP https plugin settings to use the new URL and checked a few of the registration pages and they are displaying as expected. I also reset the key for the support license so it is now pointing to the new URL. I took a minute and looked over the plugin installations and noticed that both the Espresso Https and the WordPress Https are installed and activated. Only one of these should be active since they both do the same thing. I’ve deactivated the Espresso https plugin. There’s one other issue that we’re working on to fix that you should be aware of: This affects events that are set up to use the Multi Event Registration add-on where there are multiple price options and group registrations are set to no. What can happen is if someone checks out without selecting an option, the price will get set to $0. Until we can fix this, the suggested work around is to set Group registrations to yes and set the maximum group size to 1 for these events. This will force a price selection in the cart. |

Great, thanks for your help! Looks like we are able to access the event pages now. Yay! Thanks for the suggestion about the Multi-Event Registration. I want to set up a test event for $1 to make sure it works, but I wanted to make sure that I’m not in there while you’re in there, is it safe to add events now and test payment? |
Hi Gabriele, I’m not logged in anymore, so by all means go for it. |

Thanks for your help! |
