Hi,
I have EE4 installed and it was working fine. However, I tried to do one myself today and after entering in the registrants name and clicking Proceed to Payments Options, an error pops up that says:
An error has occurred:
Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.
SNGPGCHC-DSNGPGCHC-PROATTINF-1271
Need help ASAP. To the best of my knowledge, nothing has changed since the last time it worked. Is there phone Support?

I updated to the latest EE4.1.9.1.reg and I don’t have any caching plugin installed.
However I keep getting this message even though I have the latest Worpress installation and just today did a fresh install of WordPress but the error still persists.
Event Espresso recommends WordPress version 3.8.1 or greater in order for everything to operate properly. You are currently running version 3.7.1.

Hi,
I took a look at your site, but it seems you have removed Event Espresso?
Also, have you made sure that all your Critical Pages have the correct shortcodes and are publicly accessible?

Hi Dean,
Thanks for the response. I simple deactivated EE4, and downgraded to EE3 and everything is working. I think I will just use EE3, EE4 doesn’t seem to be stable yet and I am at a critical time for my event.
