URGENT BOOKING NOT WORKING! PLEASE HELP We are getting the following error message when attempting to make bookings: This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it? It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help. I have enabled maintenance mode to limit embarrassment. Please advise asap. Thanks. |
Would normally be shown by a theme for page not found. First try flushing your permalinks. Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks. Make no changes and click save. Do the event links then work? |

Do you have Event Espresso currently active on the site? You mentioned maintenace mode above, can you take EE out of maintenance mode please. I can see there’s another events plugin activated which may be conflicting with EE, are you using that plugin? If not de-activate it and again flush the permalinks (after disabling maintenance mode). |

Hi Tony. The latest from my client: I went into 11th March cooking club to check all was going ok (age 5-12). The class is at 9 approved + 2 incomplete bookings. So I have had to inflate the number of places there are again, just so that clients see the right number of places on their end. |
Hi there, If you check back again later does the places available number go back up? The reason I ask is because there is a ticket reservation system in place where it reserves tickets for up to one hour after you start a registration (this prevents overselling). So after that hour the tickets should get released back into the inventory. |

No it doesn’t and a bit wierd for someone to reserve 8 tickets. Current situation Hi Josh This answer from the client, to your previous question… There are now 12 bookings. There are no incomplete or trash bookings either? |

It wouldn’t have been one person reserving 8 tickets. What can happen is 8 different people start and abandon the process 8 times or so. In any case, we probably could have helped you resolve this much sooner if we’d have heard back sooner. Can you be sure to update your client’s website to the current version of Event Espresso 4 and Multi Event Registration? These are the current versions: Event Espresso 4 Core Regular v4.9.35.p Then after you update to the current versions, you’ll go to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset and you’ll click on the button that says: |
