I just switched from the free version to the business version.

I’ve activated the plugin and am trying to upload addons. I am not able to upload to, delete or change permissions (755) for uploads/espresso. I am not having this problem in any other directories/files on my server.

Any suggestions?

Sometimes when a directory is automatically created, the server sets the permissions so that folder/files are owned by the root user. Your hosting support team should be able to do the issue for you.

Hello, same thing is happening to me trying to edit the confirmation page but the server don’t allow me to do it, I have root access but i still cant change permissions even when I change the permissions I refresh and it goes back to 644 instead of 755 automatically. What you think i’m doing wrong?
